Appointment scheduling

All of my appointments are made and managed via an online booking site and requires a credit card to hold an appointment time. You will receive a reminder notice, via text and or email, as a reminder of your appointment 2 days ahead of your appointment time. If you know at the time of the reminder text that you are not able to keep your appointment, please let me know.
 

Cancellation Policy & No-show policies

If you cannot keep your appointment time, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible.

Late Cancellation: All appointments canceled within 24-hours will incur a late cancellation fee up 50% or $50, whichever is greater.

No-Shows - All appointments that are not kept will be charged 100% of the service booked.

If there is a 2nd missed appointment I will invite you to find a new esthetician. When appointments are unfilled, I lose income even though I still have to cover overhead. Please respect my time and I will do the same in return.

If there is an extenuating circumstance, I’m reasonable, please reach out to me.

I’m late, can I still come to my appointment?

Please let me know if you are running late. If my schedule allows it, of course! Each service is scheduled appropriately for optimal service results. If you don’t notify me, after 15 minutes the appointment is forfeited and a no-show policy and fees apply.

How can I pay for my services?

I am very happy to accept cash and extend a discount for cash paying clients. I also accept payment via Credit Card, Venmo, and Zelle.

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

Unless the appointment is for your child, please leave them home. I love children; my treatment room is simply not equipped to care for or entertain small children while you are receiving your service.

is it okay if my friend comes to my appointment?

My treatment room is small with minimal seating. I want everyone to be comfortable. In certain circumstances an additional person can come in during your treatment.

• There are waiting areas through the building for your guest to wait for you.

• Please be respectful of other businesses in the building as well as the shopping complex.

• Please do not leave children unattended.
